Carolyne Culver is a Green Party councillor and chairman of Scrutiny Commission at West Berkshire Council. She represents Ridgeway ward, which covers the Ilsleys, Compton, Hampstead Norreys, Frilsham and Yattendon. She was first elected in 2019, and re-elected with an increased majority in 2023.
Carolyne has worked at the University of Oxford, Save the Children, War on Want and the local Wildlife Trust. She has also worked as an A Level teacher, an associate lecturer and a journalist.
